Deborah Bishop

President: For many years, Deborah has represented microelectronics test equipment, probe card, laser, lab bench and chair, shelving and storage, facilities, machining, and sheet metal solutions.  Industries she has served include Deborah began her technical career by serving as Communications Manager for the IEEE Computer Society, Executive Director for the Society for Information Display (SID), and Editor-in-Chief for a Fortune 500 Tech Company. Deborah graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine. Afterward, she attended UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television as a postgraduate student, where she wrote an award-winning screenplay. Deborah also served in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary as their Public Affairs Officer (FSO-PA).

Greg Bishop

Greg’s educational background includes a BS Degree in Engineering Technology with a Minor in Business Management and an AA Degree in Natural Sciences having attended Cal Poly, The Claremont Colleges, UCLA, and USC. Greg served in U.S. Army Aviation and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary as a Vice Flotilla Commander.

Debra Mervyn

Strategic Consultant:  Debra’s results-oriented experience includes design engineering and product development, operations (industrial and process engineering), supply chain, manufacturing and quality improvements. Her expertise includes aerospace, medical devices, manufacturing, energy, IT and more, working with small to large OEMS and contract manufacturers. Debra focuses on new product and process introduction, project management, risk management, management systems implementation and regulatory compliance. This focus includes improving existing systems. Her approach is based on a combination of process engineering and business management best practices. Debra brings over 30 years of experience in operations, design and process engineering, manufacturing and quality. She has a proven track record of rapid, effective project delivery. Debra has a M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Columbia University, New York, New York and a B.S. in Biology from Willamette University, Salem, Oregon.

Mark Norton
Mark Norton

Strategic Consultant:  Mark Norton has held various industry roles within advanced engineering and manufacturing for over forty years.  He is an aerospace subject matter expert providing consulting services to private industry and state/federal government.  Mark’s extensive background in medical device manufacturing includes project collaboration with Bayer, Abbott, J&J, and others.  His comprehensive knowledge of polymers, coatings, and adhesives adds to his ability to greatly assist our customers in those areas.  Business development, workforce development, and strategic business planning complement his skillsets. Mark has been a guest writer and speaker for regional print and visual media including work for The Journal of Business, Spokesman-Review, Seattle Times, Bloomberg Radio, and KHQ/NBC “Invest Northwest.”  Mark’s educational background includes his being a S Student at Gonzaga University.
